Privacy Policy

Registration information. When you register for an event, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender (optional), t-shirt size, riding experience, emergency contact name and phone number, and motorcycle details (year, make, model).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

Contact form. If you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email, and message content.

Authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Usage data. We collect basic page-view analytics (page URL, IP address, user agent, and country) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare for website hosting and security
• Google for authentication (if you choose to sign in with Google)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of event participants.

We retain your registration data for as long as needed to administer events and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@advcrown.com.

You may:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for optional communications

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, hash passwords using PBKDF2-SHA256, and store data in access-controlled databases. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Adventure Crown events are open to participants aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
